Justine M. Morton is owner and principal consultant of Morton Consulting. With more than 20 years of human resources and management experience in both the public and private sector, Justine brings an impressive depth of knowledge to the business arena. Ms. Morton possesses a Master of Public Administration—Personnel Management; a Bachelor degree in psychology and sociology; various certifications in management and certification in Human Resources Related Law from Drake University/SHRM .

Ms. Morton is a member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM); American Society for Training and Development Central Iowa Chapter. Justine also lends her professional expertise to the community by serving on a variety of boards and foundations.
